There have been a few things that have changed my life since turning 30 (PS...I'm now 40). 1. getting my ADHD diagnosis, 2. learning how much our diet (food) affects our health, 3. realizing how deeply ADHD has offed my ENTIRE life and agreeing with myself that now that I know...I CAN make a positive change.
